This was my first week, so my Friday weight might not have been perfect, but it will be pretty darn close. Next week will be much more accurate, but that always happens at the very beginning.
Let's see the numbers: I take the Calories burned data from my Apple Watch, the Calories eaten are from logging my food in MyFitnessPal (MFP)

I had a total deficit of 5,310 Calories, Take away 3500, 1810. Half of 3500 is, 1750. So, According to this Data, I should have lost about 1.5 pounds this week.
Like I said, I might be off a few ounces because my Friday weight wasn't super accurate, but I lost 2 pounds this week. Perhaps, I had a deficit before coming into the week. The scale could easily be off half a pound as well. Either way, this is pretty close to accurate. I am very curious as to what happens this week. I will continue to crunch these numbers and learn about myself.
What I learned This Week:
I don't need to eat all of my calories each day. I ate until I was full. I didn't over eat most days. I had a day at maintenance, and a day where I did eat a little more than I should have. However, I still lost weight because I did so well on the days where I only ate what I needed to eat to stay satisfied. I've learned that I don't have to starve myself. I can eat what I want, and when I want. I just can't over-eat, like I am so used to. I am working on the body that I HAVE. MY BODY.
