First Time Here?


Day Two

Wasn’t a huge success, but technically it wasn’t a failure. I ate 51 points (33 is my daily target). I only have 18 weeklies left, but I don’t go off plan until those are gone. 

I’m going to try really hard over the next few days to stick to my daily budget. I’m having a BBQ on Saturday, so I will indulge. I don’t give stuff like that up. If I can do really well the rest of the week, I should be okay to lose a little. 

My main goal this week is to track EVERYTHING I eat, even if I have to guess the point value.  

Today was not a success, but not a failure.
