WEIGH-IN {5.9.17} WEEK TWELVE

This week was not good. I had a terrible eating week. It was so bad that I stopped tracking altogether. I was up, and I was going to gain for sure. However, I think my body got used to eating better and did NOT like the way I ate. I ended up pretty sick. Without getting into the details, I ended up losing a lot of the weight that I gained. So in the end, I ended up losing 0.8 this week. That is almost a pound, and I am so lucky for that. Here's to a better week...
