What I ate {4.20.17} - 68 Smart Points

Today was my "Cheat Meal" - I usually just use all my weekly points on one day of the week. This worked out last week because I still lost almost 3 pounds. We will see if it works out this week, but I don't feel good about it. Last week, I was okay with it - this week I don't feel good about it. I think that's a good thing. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED the food. It was delicious, but I feel like I over indulged. I didn't go over my weeklies. I just think I could have done better. Next time, I think I will cut what I ate in half, and I might feel better about my decision to eat bad...

Breakfast: Diet Coke
Lunch: Chicken Sandwich and Pringles (13 sp)
Dinner: Papa Johns - 1 Slice of Pizza (7 sp), 12 Honey Chipotle Wings (41 sp), Ranch (7 sp)

Can we talk about the ridiculous amount of points chicken wings are?!?! They are one of my favorite foods, and I refuse to give them up. Eventually {when I am less lazy}, I'll come up with a way to make them myself. But still, that's insane.
