Introducing {Me}

Welcome to my world. In this diary, I will share my life, and my journey to healthy. 


Let's be real. The healthy part is nice, but I want to be skinny. I want to feel good. I want to look good. I want to wear those sexy, adorable, cute, stylish outfits that everyone is wearing. I'll be happy to be healthy, but that's not the reason most people diet. Oh, diet - do I call it a diet. I joined Weight Watchers, so it's supposed to be a lifestyle change. I agree with this. I've already come to the conclusion that this is going to be a lifetime change for me. I'll have to track the rest of my life. I will have to watch what I eat. I can't lose the weight and then eat what I want again. I know this.

This blog will be part of my lifestyle change. I want to document what I am feeling, my struggles && my accomplishments. I want to come back here in a year and be astonished at where I came from...

Starting Weight: 232.2
Current Weight: 225.4

I started my journey on February 21, a little over a month ago. This will be a life-long journey. I'm ready for it. My goal weight is 135, but I want to start with smaller goals. Baby steps. 

 Goal {1} - 215 
Goal {2} - 199
Goal {3} - 175
Goal {4} - 150
Goal {5} - 135

I'm a mother of a beautiful nine month old baby girl and a wife to a man I love with all my heart. I am very happy with my life. I am a 5th grade teacher and love what I do. Everything is in place in my life, except my weight. I want my daughter to grow up with a mom who she can look up to, a mom she can be proud of. I don't want to be overweight. I want to be healthy and I want to feel good.

  1. I don't have any recommendations yet, but I wanted to say you are off to a great start! Halfway to your first goal after only a month. Plus, I have a 19-month old, and I can tell you, in ten months you won't be able to sit down and rest anyway, if your toddler is anything like mine. :)
